The Ciesla home is located in the NW corner of Apple Canyon Lake. With long views of the surrounding rolling hills and a relatively quiet neighborhood, the property is a perfect spot for a country getaway home.

With our work at the home starting almost a decade ago, Mrytle and Dick were among our first customers in Apple Canyon Lake. Strangely, although nearly ten years have gone by, neither Mrytle nor Dick looks a day older. Note to reader: that last sentence is what’s know in the landscaping business as "customer service".

The Ciesla's landscape has a clean and classic look appropriate to the country home setting. The planting scheme is centered on large, bold evergreen trees (pine and spruce) complemented with ornamental crabapples and large river birch off the front of the home. Because all of the trees have four season interest (evergreens – needles & cones, river birch – unique pealing bark, crabapple – flowers in spring & berries in fall and winter), the landscape is always fresh and interesting. As you can see from the photos below, we also planted shrubs along the south side of the home to soften the large wall and around the LP tank to provide a natural screen.
